Effective Date: July 8, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legal terms and conditions under which ATTA Development LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you, the user ("you" or "end user"), the right to download, install, access, or use any software, application, or digital tool provided by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Software").

By installing, using, or accessing the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term of this Agreement, you must not install or use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal and non-commercial use. This license does not entitle you to any ownership of the Software.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated content, design, source code, documentation, interfaces, and intellectual property are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose the Software;
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software;
Use the Software for commercial or competitive purposes without our express written consent.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software to:

Engage in unlawful activities including fraud, cyberattacks, phishing, or unauthorized access;
Upload, distribute, or view content involving hate, violence, or exploitation;
Transmit unsolicited messages, spam, or malicious content;
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
Interfere with or attempt to breach the Software’s security protocols;
Use automated scripts or bots without authorization;
Violate any applicable laws or this Agreement.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your license.

Updates and Modifications

The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide software patches, updates, or upgrades. These are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms. We are not obligated to maintain or support the Software or to provide updates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The Software will meet your expectations or function without interruption or errors;
Any defects will be corrected;
The Software will be free from malware or vulnerabilities.

You assume full responsibility and risk for using the Software.

Limitation of liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATTA Development LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software. Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the actual amount paid by you for the Software, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Software.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Georgia.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Software. The Company reserves the right to revoke your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must destroy all copies of the Software.
